In the event that you need to reset a lost password on your RINO account, you first need to have access to your RINO Account Recovery Document. This document was given to you on creation of your RINO account. Hopefully you have saved and/or printed this out. The document contains your Account Recovery Secret Key. Without it, RINO has no way to reset your password. You, the user, have ultimate control over your funds on RINO, including the sole ability to reset passwords. This is not a bug, but a security feature.

Once you have located your Account Recovery Secret Key, click on Login and then under account password, click on the link, I forgot my password.

Enter your email address and click Send. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your account password. It should be noted that the link is only valid for 30 minutes. If this time lapses, you would need to restart the process. Click on the link in the email, enter your Account Recovery Secret Key, your new password, enter the password a second time to confirm, and then click Update Password.

There you go, you have successfully reset your password. To better keep track of your passwords, it is recommended that you use a password manager, like Bitwarden or KeePassXC. If you have 2FA enabled, you would still need to enter the 2FA code to access your account.
